Important news for our Internet customers in Beatrice, Pickrell, or Virginia:

If you subscribe to our High Speed Internet services and live in the areas of Beatrice, Pickrell, or Virginia, please call into our office so we can update your IP address settings.  The IP changes that we are making allow us to utilize our allocated IP addresses more efficiently aswell as simplifies the setup of new device for our Internet services, this allows us to keeps costs down.  There is a deadline for this project so we do ask that you call in before the following dates to make sure that there is no interruption in Internet Service, for the Virginia area the date is: December 1, 2011 and for the Beatrice and Pickrell area the date is December 31, 2011.  Just give us a call when you have 10 to 15 minutes you can spend by the computer and our customer service technicians will be happy to help you make the change.

To run an advertisement the cost is $1.50 a day, $7 a week or $28 a month. There is no charge for non-profit organizations. Ads are put on the system by 4pm each day. After that time they will go on the next day.

These channels are not a public access channel. It is a community bulletin board and information channel. The purpose is to provide an avenue for citizens, non-profit organizations and businesses in the Diller and Odell Communities to publicize events and or products to Diode Communications customers via cable tv.

Diode Communications reserves all rights to edit or refuse messages or advertising on channel 12 or 14.
